Out of all the teams in the daycare, none are more dominant, and more feared than Team Elrhaz. Run by a ruthless Azhdarchid who calls himself Sever. This highly elitist group of kids dressed in black, often run the show, and the mere presence of any of their members beings fear to the hearts any lone child who dares comes face to face with them.
Finally! I got the main antagonists done! The reason these often take so long is because they are kinda intended to be the final designs, and I need to ensure I am fully satisfied with all of them before I can post their image. as if I want to change their designs in the future, it will be highly difficult to do so.
"Sever" Steven Brighton
Gender: Male
Age: 5
Species: Indeterminate Azhdarchid - Arambourgiania?
Steven was born into highly wealthy parents, his mother worked as a Lawyer, and his father was a highly successful businessman. At an early age, Steven was thought many of the skills from both his parents' trades, and became highly intellectual and fluent at speaking for a child of his age. Wishing to follow in his parents' footsteps, the Azhdarchid became obsessed with success, riches, and power, along with the potential future accomplishments he wished to achieve when he grew older.
Steven would be further vindicated after a recent medical checkup, where he was told by his doctor that his intellect was truly astounding for a child of his age! The caused Steven to believe that he wasn't just any ordinary kid, no... he was an actual child prodigy! One who would change the world and bring all of Dinosaurkind to a new age of prosperity! With this in mind, the Azhdarchid became deeply prideful and arrogant, wishing to rush ahead in life, and put his smarts to full use!
Unfortunately for Steven, all his parents saw this as was simply an just an 'interesting revelation', to be expected honestly, and so instead of granting him his wishes, simply sent him to Daycare like any typical kid. This infuriated Steven, who believes attending daycare to be a waste of his time and abilities, he should be far ahead of these little snot-ridden brats at this point, not put alongside them!
No. Steven wasn't going to simply let his skills go to waste, he was getting the power he demanded, and he will do anything to achieve it! So, giving himself the far more intimidating name of "Sever" He pushed on and sought out some kids to serve him. After the recent graduation of their original leader Seth, he saw the dysfunctional Team Elrhaz, and the lacking performance of its current leader Tylus, ripe for the taking. It's members were scattered and uncooperative, but with some 'encouragement' could be reformed into a formidable group, one which could serve him, and grant him the power he so desperately wanted. He knows kids were impressionable, and after learning about his targets, knew just how to get them to follow him...
- Drago was the easiest, poor baby just wanted friends but looked too scary to make any... well, just make yourself the first, and you've got easy, dumb muscle on your side.
- Ourano was easy to impress, he wanted success and power just as much as much as Sever himself, so all he had to do was tempt the kid by flaunting some his parents wealth and promised that he could 'maybe' get in on some of it, and the sucker was practically drooling and grovelling at his feet.
- Kikki was a little tougher to convince, she wanted to know their new leader had the strength to lead them, so Sever agreed to challenge her to a fight during recess when the caretakers weren't looking. He knew he probably couldn't best her in strength and stamina after hearing of some of the Kryptops's feats, but... there was a huge mistake she made from challenging him, and that was not considering the Azhdarchid's huge striking range, using his legs and beak, Kikki was easily beaten, and sure enough, was quick to follow.
- Finally, Tylus... There is a rather delicious irony to him, despite looking weak-willed on the surface, he was probably the strongest and smartest of the group, as smart as him even, and could've easily lead his team if he had more self-confidence. Some family issues keeping him down, abusive parents apparently. Well kid... how about a shoulder to cry on?
As you can tell from his 'recruitment' efforts, Sever sees the other kids around him as nothing more than lessers who should serve him, or at least owe him the respect he thinks he deserves. And was willing to manipulate their desires and insecurities to get them on his side, but it worked, and upon uniting the team, he suggested that they all wear black as a way of showing off their team colors and loyalty, and in the next few weeks, Team Elrhaz went from a broken, dysfunctional team, to one of the strongest in the entire daycare, usurping Team Hell Creek from its throne, and becoming truly feared. With each success making his team more loyal to him than ever, much to the Azhdarchid's ego. Unfortunately for them, Sever was all in it for himself, he knew the second he could abandon these brats, he'll gladly do so, kicking the ladder down on the way up. "Only room for one at the top" he believes.
Despite his frustrations, Sever still continues to attend daycare under his parents' demand, hoping the second he gets out, he'll be sent to a proper school, perhaps one for gifted children, where he can finally begin his proper journey to success in his life. However, Sever's claims of being a genuine child prodigy has shown quite a few cracks, he's often been outsmarted by Max (whom he finds highly irritating), academically succeeded by Ellie, and many of his self created plans have ended up with rather mixed results, with his second-in-command Tylus, often pointing out flaws, and helping refine them, with many of these updated plans from the Dicraeosaurus being highly successful.
That's not to say he's just making up nonsense, Sever is genuinely much smarter than your typical five year old, with many reports from teachers stating that he's potentially on par with a second-grader at best, unfortunately, a lot of that intellect does go into the fact that he's incredibly good at manipulating and tricking others into doing his dirty work...
Tylus 'Isaiah' Sanford

Species: Dicraeosaurus hansemanni
Having been here ever since he was two, Tylus is currently one of the longest attending kids in Dino Digs Daycare, it was over here in which he discovered his love for learning, logic, and reading! Especially thanks to Mrs. Maple and many of the caretakers there, who did an especially great job at making learning fun and interesting! He always visited the computers whenever he could to play the games and look up on information, he would ask to borrow as many books as he possibly could at once, and would often stay back in class during recess just to read them, during playtime he almost always seemed to pick a logic or puzzle game, and if that wasn't enough, whenever other kids would be waiting for their parents to pick them up, he would instead continue working on brushing up on certain subjects. Sure, because of all this, he easily became one of the smartest kids there, but still struck other kids as being rather strange... "Why was that kid so interested in learning instead of playing? Can't he just do that at home by himself?" Unfortunately... There is a reason why Tylus would often try everything in his power to avoid going home...
Tylus hasn't had a good life... born to abusive, deeply evangelical parents, who would often berate and look down on the poor kid on a near weekly basis, almost as if they 'needed' to have a child, rather than wanting to have one. They were heavily strict in enforcing their faith and authority on their children, as any questioning or slight mistake from the kid, would be met with a forceful show of corporal punishment. His parents would also spend the bare minimum they could on him, and so, Tylus barely received anything that wasn't essential from his parents, they never bought him any new toys, books, and even new clothes, instead opting to get them at a discount from the salvation army. If he wanted anything from his parents, he HAD to work for it, chores were the most common demand from them, but so was caring for his baby sister, Grace, who was often neglected by his mother and father. If he refused, he could potentially face the punishment of starvation with meals being taken away from him, due to all this, Tylus became highly paranoid, willing to follow any order from his parents out of the fear of their wraith... He also became deeply fearful of failure, knowing that any tiny mistake could lead to severe punishment, and thus became monumental with his planning, and often made multiple plans, in the event one failed, he could always fall back on his others. Which lead him to consider many options, and understand what he could potentially pull off, with what little he had.
After the original leader of team Elrhaz, Seth, graduated from daycare, Tylus was put in charge of running the team, with his high intellect, and skills, the caretakers believed he was the best choice for such a task, however the Dicraeosaurus thought otherwise, with so much going on at home, along with the fear of his sister's safety from his parents, Tylus lost a lot of drive to lead, and with Kikki and Ourano doing whatever they wanted, along with the newcomer, Drago, to worry about. Tylus was quickly overwhelmed and the new team became a mess, causing Tylus to lose more and more faith in himself. That was until Sever showed up, and reunited the whole team, which made Tylus view the Azhdarchid in admiration and envy, he wanted that courage, confidence and everything Sever had that he felt he clearly didn't, and after learning that he was to be second-in-command to him, Tylus got excited, and hoped that by following Sever, he could finally get the strength he needed to fix himself!
While originally the most awed by Severs claims of being a child prodigy, Tylus was also probably the first to spot flaws in that claim, as Sever would often make easy mistakes which Tylus had to question him on, he also noticed that Sever was struggling at certain games and puzzles, which he was able to accomplish fairly swiftly, not to mention, Sever's planning skills were deeply flawed, if he planned the way Sever did, he was practically doomed to fail, and so, he often suggested reworks to Severs plans and ideas, essentially becoming the team's tactician, and with Tylus's help, his team ended up winning many games thanks to the Dicraeosaurus's ability to plan ahead and spot early mistakes.
Sadly for Tylus, Sever's obsession with an image of power often causes the Dicraeosaurus's plans and true intellect to be far overshadowed by the Azhdarchid, for any of his plans which work, Sever would often take the credit for them. While failures would be placed back on him, which leaves Tylus with rather negative reputation among Kikki and Ourano, for whenever the team would fail, they would often take out their frustration on Tylus, blaming him for dragging them down, further hurting the poor child's already damaged confidence. But Sever knows to keep him around for his smarts, and so would often call the two off, and pick him up at the end of the day through hollow encouragement and praise for his efforts, stating that one day, he could be just as great as him. Falsely mending the Dicraeosaurus's self-esteem, whilst keeping him in an abusive and toxic cycle of loyalty.
Unfortunately, Tylus continues to suffer at the hands of his parents' abuse, the mockery of other kids in daycare, and Sever's empty relationship with him. Although he's not as helpless as one might think, Tylus truly has the intellect, strength, and drive to potentially be one of the strongest kids in the entire daycare, and even the skills to be an amazing leader! But with his self-esteem so far in the gutter, he is unable to see what he's truly capable of, and for now, remains as merely a pawn to Sever...
Until the day comes where Tylus can obtain the internal strength to break free from his chains, he'll need to learn that he cannot solve any of his problems alone, and from what little love he can receive in his life, whether its watching his baby sister playing in joy and safety at daycare, the affection Drago has shown him from time to time, and even Max, who despite being Sever's most hated rival, and him not knowing about the full scale of the situation at home, has been highly supportive of him, whether it's about his sexuality, emotional wellness, or physical health. That raptor is often there to perk him up in times of hardship, which has caused Tylus to wonder if fighting for Sever's cause was really even truly worth it...
Kikki 'Danielle' Rochelle
Gender: Female
Age: 5
Species: Kryptops palaios
As her parents were mainly at work most of the time, Kikki was often put under the care of her grandparents, where she lived with three other cousins, all of whom were older and larger than she ever was, and in such an environment, they sadly often overpowered the poor Kryptops, often getting seconds from meals, getting the best toys before she could, and beating her in many, many games, often leaving her with nothing but scraps...
Getting tired of being pushed around all the time, Kikki started to fight harder and harder, pushing herself to ensure she could keep up again and again, and did anything in her power to do so, as things got more chaotic. She would often start fights with her cousins to get what she wanted, shove them aside if they got in her way, and in any physical game, she wasn't afraid to play dirty, not giving any openings, knowing if she did, she would be taken advantage of by any of them. It got so bad, that her father had to take a leave off work, after Kikki and her eldest cousin got into such a bad fight that by the time she was done with him, her knucles were bleeding and her cousin was so bruised and beaten that he needed to be taken to a clinic to have his wounds patched up. Ever since that day, things calmed down a little in the Kryptops household... Kikki may have been heavily punished for what she did that day, but she refused to let up, and instead used that incident to remind her other cousins what she was capable of doing to them if she wanted to.
Ever since she arrived in daycare at the age of four, Kikki's aggressive attitude hasn't exactly changed, often tormenting other kids like her cousins once did to her, she was also deeply ferocious in any sports game the kids played, and whenever she lost, she would often hold a deep grudge against anyone who had beaten her, and make sure that kid would be humiliated in the next game they played. This was especially true with the Pachycephalosaurus girl, Dash. Where the two formed a huge rivalry with each other ever since due to their highly competitive natures, with Kikki even mentioning that Dash was one of the toughest kids she's ever had to face, stating that her cousins were 'nothing' compared to what that yellow Pachy can do.
When Sever joined the team, and beat her in that fight, Kikki had a realization that there were others out there who were still much stronger than her, but he promised Kikki plenty of opportunities to truly "push her skills to the limit", and to grow above and beyond in strength, and maybe, even surpass him in strength one day. She was more than happy to accept his offer.
Ourano Gregor
Gender: Male
Age: 5
Species: Ouranosaurus nigeriensis
Rumors has it that Ourano's parents were descendants of the old hate organization known as the "Puritans", a Greentooth (Herbivore) Supremacist group, dedicated to the eradication of Sharpteeth (Carnivores). However with tensions mostly in the past, and with Dinosaurs of all kinds now being able to live together, much of that old ideology is deemed worthless at best, and detrimental at worst.
It is true that Ourano, or his parents no longer believe in such reactionary ideas. Unfortunately, some of their habits haven't exactly gone away, with his parents having a rather regressive and stereotypical view of carnivorous dinosaurs, seeing them as potentially violent, or lacking in conscience and morality. Not to mention, a lack of moderation for what their child could consume. Often letting their child indulge in violent movies, and online video games, with Ourano developing a fascination with them, and have undoubtedly raised the kid's aggressive behavior against others.
With these two factors, Ourano, much like Sever, also become rather obsessed with the ideas of strength and power, but unlike Sever who was mainly interested in personal success, Ourano's interests are more in tone with the idea of 'might makes right' being cool, because of this, he was more than willing to suck up to Sever, being fascinated and taken in by the Azhdarchid's image of intimidation and strength, seeing him as a cold, calculating, genius, and one who would lead him on the path to glory and power.
Drago Slifer
Gender: Male
Age: 3
Species: Spinosaurus aegyptiacus
After experiencing quite the massive growth spurt around the age of two, Drago was considered too large and a potential threat to the other toddlers around him, and was thus taken out of the nursery and instead placed with the kindergarteners, even still, he remains as the largest kid in the entire daycare! Even taller than the massive brat Brittany herself! But being big isn't always fun, Drago has been shown to be quite clumsy, knocking things about by accident, breaking certain things due to his weight and strength, and often getting stuck in places too small for him.
Despite wishing to make friends, and being friendly and loving at heart, Drago's huge size, tendency to make low growling noises, poor speaking ability, and terrifying presence have made many other kids, even those older than him, to view him as a scary monster and unintentionally feared, leaving the child rather lonely. It also doesn't help that temper tantrums are quite common from the gargantuan sailback. However many of these problems can't be helped by him, he is only three years old, and a toddler is still a toddler, no matter how big...
That was until Sever showed up, and promised Drago that he would be his best friend in the world if he simply "Helped him out". Which surely perked him up! A new friend after so many others had run away just from looking at him? How wonderful! And a full team of friends as well? This was incredible!
Although, something about Sever didn't feel right to Drago, why did he want him to use his big size to scare others so much? Why keep the others away instead of making friends? Sure some kids are mean, but others are nice! Why do you want me to hurt them? as Sever demanded more and more, Drago really started to feel uncomfortable taking so many orders that hurt people... Did... Sever really just see him as that big monster scaring others, and WANT to use him for that!? He doesn't want to be a part of this... but he can't leave... Sever was also hurting that Tylus kid a lot, and he looks really sad, Tylus doesn't deserve it, and he's been teaching me so much as well!
Despite his intimating size and look, Drago isn't as strong as Brittany, not even close... He is however, larger and heavier, but one big thing that lets him down is just how slow and cumbersome he can be (it's not his fault! Not everything in daycare is sized appropriate for him!) In fact, Sever has described Drago as "Simultaneously the Strongest and Weakest member on the team at the same time." Preferring to use Drago as simple dumb muscle, or for his intimidating looks to spread fear.
