Using a spray in Tf2 is free and unlimited, but spraying a second one removes the first you sprayed, and there's like 30 seconds inbetween :3c
As for the costs of me making a spray, I'm not sure yet. It'd be a bigger drawing with conversion into a spray, and only you'd get the unmarked spray and the full art :D
