In short, Employer tried to reduce our pay for taking vacation days. Result : not taking this vacation day if he doesn't change his mind, so he will have to pay us our normal (and earned salary). He is trying to scam us because he is running out of money and want to force us to quit.

And this is why employees need legal protection, so they don't get screwed over. But if he's trying to withhold wages for legally-mandated vacation days, you can potentially contact the Department of Labor if he's really going to go that way. At least I think it's that department... I'm not sure about US law.

I forgot you're not from the US. Employers have almost no limits here, and unions are super rare.

Sounds like crap my boss would pull, but he's too afraid of the labor laws himself. Instead he just changes people's roles so they have less hours.
