Bit of news, some good some from my outlook is bad, but can be a good thing.

So how to start? I'm un sure, had one of my by monthly CT scans. I was gonna try and type everything from my print out, but I'm sure most can't read medical notes. Cuz dear lord I can't, no endobronchial lesions seen, which is good. What I have are stable bilateral pulmonary nodules. I have a quite a few, but good news is they all have seemed to shrunk in size from my largest which was 2.9mm, I know that sounds small, but they're all clumped together sort of. I'll go by part of the sheet, not planning on typing out the whole thing.

Right upper lobe:1.1cm
Upper lobe: 0.6cm
Middle lobe: 0.5 cm
Middle lobe:0.6cm
Right lower lobe:1.2cm
Lower lobe:0.9cm

Left side as follows
Upper lobe:1cm
Upper lobe:0.6cm
Upper:0.7cm
Upper: 1.5cm
Lower left:1.2cm
Lower:0.6cm
Lower:0.4cm

All of which have come down in size slowly but quite a lot, no new nodules are seen. So my understanding is all nodules are stable, they are no longer growing nor spreading. Now for what I assumed was bad news. I was hoping to possibly not be on chemotherapy longer then I have been so far. But my insurance just approved another 180 days of chemotherapy. So as my oncologist put it, they kind of want me to stay on it indefinitely as long as it's working. From what I have seen in my past scans and now. It's definitely worth it, as bad as it makes me feel, and the occasional hospital visits from said chemo interactions. It's better than the alternative waiting for it to kill me. So far I've beatin it twice, it came back for a 3rd round. I'm not down yet, I've might have said this before. The second time I hit cancer with my truck, this time it's crawling into a ditch to go die.

Big hugs dude! I'm sorry you might be stuck on chemo for a while, but I'm glad it sounds like it's working too. Thanks for the update.

Felt i had to do an update, news was sort of a mixed bag when I got it. I hate that I have to stay on chemo longer. But it's better for me in the long run.
