I normally don't do these sort of things but I felt like it's necessary now considering things have progressed this far. If you're planning on buying commissions or adopting one of
characters from them you should be in store for a long wait with little response between you aside from the initial payment process. I bought a dragon girl adopt from them over a month ago and I'm still waiting for a back piece. I've made my attempts to get in contact and have and was promised the piece the day they messaged back. Fast forward about a week later and still no piece.
I just want everyone to be aware of what you're getting if you want to go with this artist as they don't seem to be following through with promised art but pumping out more adoptables and taking commissions. So please be aware that you'll be in for a long wait to get your art and with no replies for the most part once the transaction is completed.
Again I absolutely DO NOT like to make these but I feel like this needs to be shared with people who are looking into buying their adoptables or getting commissions from them.

If you haven't gotten anything I urge you to report this to IB staff as I have already done so before hand as this isn't the first time this has happened. I paid for the character in Feb so I got the unaltered file of it as well when I bought mine and posted it so that I had the proof that I'd bought it, I highly urge you to report this to the staff so they can take the proper action to stop them from scamming anyone else.

Having the same issue, but I have been waiting for a sfw version of an adopt as well as a YCH of it. Been waiting since December. I messaged them as well to no response. And seeing so many others having this problem too makes me think it's never gonna happen.
